At The YETI Foundation (Youth Education & Training Initiative), we’re rooted in community and built around supporting local kids who are want to grow through athletics — whether that’s in the classroom or on the field.

Inspired by the spirit of the Vail Yeti hockey team, we believe in showing up for one another, putting in the effort, and taking pride in where we come from. That same mindset drives everything we do.

Our goal is simple: make sure young people in our community have access to opportunities they’ve earned but might not be able to afford. We raise money for academic and athletic scholarships to help cover costs like tuition, training, equipment, and travel.

There’s no shortage of talent in the valley, just a shortage of access. We’re working to change that, with a long-term goal of supporting at least one student athlete in every sports discipline across the Vail Valley.

More than anything, this is about community support—locals helping locals, and creating real opportunities for the next generation. With the help of families, donors, and supporters, we’re giving kids the chance to step up, grow, and watch sports change their lives!
